Paris - Deauville is a beautiful fresh sunny fragrance that, for me, is a perfect out-of-the-shower morning Cologne. It’s early Spring now , but I think this will be an every-morning ritual for me during the rest of the Spring and throughout the Summer. To me, the opening is sparkly, fruity and fresh (citrus, basil?) followed by soft florals (Jasmine and Rose?) that lasts about 30 minutes. Lastly, there is a soft green, woody, mossy finish. Total wear time for me now in early spring inside a heated house is about one hour. That’s enough for me, because after breakfast I’ll apply my signature scent (Platinum Egoiste) and head out to the Country Club for golf and lunch. Depending on the weather I’ll wear no5 edt or regular Egoiste for the rest of the evening with my wife at home or at the club.
So, that’s how Paris-Deauville fits into my life.
I heard a lot of wonderful things about this fragrance, and I must say they were right. Thank you again. Once again I must say the fragrance is beautiful.
The amped up vetiver in this is fantastic. It lasts a little longer on my skin than the original and I am here for it.
