Please note that we mostly offer samples that are rebottled from the original bottles into the bottles that we use. Unless the product states that it is a full bottle you will be receiving a sample.

Is your retail bottle missing something?  We may be able to help with our selection of caps. These are all straight from an original authentic fragrance bottle. 

They are not our own caps, or 3D printed.  They are original from the original manufacturer's bottles.

You will NOT receive any of the bottles pictured, they are only to help visualize the cap you will be purchasing.  If you have specific questions about a cap please ask before purchasing.

Returns, Exchanges, Replacements

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from perfUUm is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it.  You may even hate it.  Therefore, once it leaves our warehouse it cannot be returned for a refund.  There will be a 20% restocking fee if we do accept any return for any reason other than an error on our part.

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely.  Sometimes the USPS severely damages packages.  If you get our package and the bottle has broken or leaked, please snap a photo and email the photo and order number to us with a note stating which bottles were damaged.  Upon receipt of the email and photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within 3 days if there is a problem.

Excellent condition and the cheapest price for an LV cap. These are so hard to find and when you do find them people are charging insane prices. Perfuum are extremely reasonable in their pricing. Shipping was super fast too!
