Returns, Exchanges, Replacements

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from perfUUm is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. You may even hate it. Therefore, once it leaves our warehouse it cannot be returned for a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee if we do accept any return for any reason other than an error on our part.

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely. Sometimes the USPS severely damages packages. If you get our package and the bottle has broken or leaked, please snap a photo and email the photo and order number to us with a note stating which bottles were damaged. Upon receipt of the email and photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within 3 days if there is a problem.

Thank you to Perfuum for giving me the chance to try Chanel's Cuir de Russie. I have always worn very nice, and expensive, perfumes - but even after all this time, I was still searching for "the one." I think I have found it. I sprayed the very generous sample and after a few minutes of getting acquainted with the scent, I thought how could this have been around for so long and I had not known about it? My eyes just about rolled back in my head. I know it is a leather scent but honestly, I cannot say it is the first thing that hits you. I adore every single thing about this fragrance. It is the whole composition and it smells rich, classy, unique, and just someone you want to stand next to and embrace their aura. I LOVE this beyond words. I have read that others like to pair it with another scent but why?? To me, it would be like throwing orange juice in a flute of Dom Perignon Champagne.

Timeless

I first tried this scent over 50 years ago but hadn't seen it since. My daughter found it for me and using it again was a Proustian experience.
I think of it as slightly spicey, almost like incense, but very soft.
I like to pair it with Burberry for Women.

Soft Leather

This is a really beautiful soft leather scent. Not heavy and masculine as most leather scents can be. It also has an aspect of a forest to it, which makes it really nice. Great winter scent.

Absolutely in love

I ordered a decant from perfuum not expecting much but when I received this I fell in love with the fragrance itself and the company as well. Service was excellent and the product was legit. I have ordered multiple products since and will continue in the future.

Excellent smelling fragrance

Extremely hard to find as mentioned.. I opted for the 30ML and just absolutely love it.. Well worth the money $$ beautiful spring/summer scent.. Thank you for the fast delivery and nice bottle..

High Quality Fragrance

Any fragrance notes and description of Acqua Di Parma, I found to be very accurate. It is a very rich, quality and multi-layered classic, enduring fragrance. One aspect I read that was correct, is that it has somewhat of a classic men’s barbershop scent to it. For that reason, it does remind me of a more mature, rather than a youthful fragrance. It doesn’t project a lot, which I also prefer. The lemon notes are there, and a little powdery scent. As long as it lasts, for most of my day, it makes me feel fresh and clean.

Good smell

I bought both the EDT and the parfum. They both smell great, but so far I like the EDT the best, it's easier to wear in more intimate occasions.
